    About 502 Endurance
     

    We approach endurance training with the athlete's goals, technique, and safety as our main priorities. Our program eliminates "junk" mileage, over training and reduces the risk of injury. Don't spend countless hours or put on hundreds of miles a month. Train smarter, and we'll reduce your hours spent working out all while increasing your performance and giving back your valuable time. Will we still put on some mileage? Of course! But we'll maximize your time and eliminate the unnecessary miles.

     

    Our classes are coach led to maximize safety, improve technique and help individuals develop their sport specific training. Each workout can be completed by any athlete regardless of experience. We accomplish this by modifying movements and working up to higher skilled movements. We will never ask you to do something that may pose a risk to you while working out. This program is designed for runners, triathletes, ocr competitors and crossfitters looking to boost their endurance training.

    What does a class look like?

    • All classes are trainer led

    • Small group classes

    • Workouts focused on technique and intensity

    • Classes are 1 hour in length

    • Movements programed for endurance athletes​

    Class Schedule

    Monday: Noon

    Tuesday: 7:30pm

    Wednesday: Noon

    Thursday: 7:30pm

    Friday: Noon

    Saturday: 9:30 am

     
     

    Unlimited Membership $69

    Access to all classes and programming. Membership also includes access to members only area (coming soon).

    Unlimited Membership + Personal Training
